From October, Olivia will teach a weekly Start to Yoga class based on Hatha yoga principles. Perfect for beginners who want to explore the foundational poses with safe alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. Also ideal for experienced yogis who’d like to refresh or deepen their practice.

Yoga | Yin & Crystal Sound (restorative)

a calming, restorative practice that targets deep connective tissues through long-held, passive poses. Combined with breath awareness and gentle sound, it helps release tension and shift the nervous system into a state of deep rest. We close with a 20-minute crystal soundbath to support integration, relaxation, and emotional balance.
